Last updated: September 24, 2026. These terms govern the use of the Dectus Pass, provided by GRAFITES SULAMERICANA LTDA., CNPJ 04.840.862/0001-83 ("Dectus"). The Dectus Pass is free for consumers.
1. What the Dectus Pass is
The Dectus Pass is a digital loyalty credential, stored in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, used for identification at the checkout of partner retailers by tapping (NFC). It contains a loyalty identifier, with no CPF or other personal data directly in the pass, and replaces giving your CPF, e-mail or phone number at checkout. The Dectus Pass is not used for payment, physical access control, tickets, keys, identity documents or employee credentials.
2. Registration
- You register only once, with true and up-to-date information.
- You must be 18 or older.
- Each person may hold one pass. The pass is personal and may not be transferred, sold or used by third parties.
- During registration you define what each store can see. This choice can be changed at any time.
3. How to use it
- At partner retailers, voluntarily hold your phone or watch near the Dectus Point reader at checkout.
- Dectus Point reads the pass identifier, and Dectus makes available to the retailer only the loyalty context you authorized.
- The store applies its own program rules: member discount, points that become discounts, or both.
4. What belongs to the store and what belongs to Dectus
Dectus operates the Dectus Pass, Dectus Point, the loyalty backend, customer registration and consent, and the POS integration. Discount rules, points, coupons, customer validation and payment are the responsibility of each partner retailer. Questions about a discount or points must be raised with the store where the purchase was made.
5. Your responsibilities
- Keep your device and digital wallet protected by passcode or biometrics.
- Do not attempt to copy, alter or share the pass.
- Notify Dectus if your device is lost or stolen so the pass can be blocked.
6. Personal data
Your data is processed according to the Dectus Privacy and Data Protection Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, such as network or digital wallet failures. Support: suporte@dectus.com.br.
8. Suspension and cancellation
You may cancel the pass and delete your registration at any time. Dectus may suspend or cancel a pass in case of fraud, misuse or breach of these terms, notifying you whenever possible.
9. Intellectual property
The Dectus brand, the Dectus Pass, Dectus Point and related software belong to Dectus and are protected by law. Using the pass does not transfer any rights over them.
10. Liability
Dectus is responsible for the operation of the pass, the registration and the reader. It is not responsible for discounts, points, prices or payments, which are defined and processed by each store, nor for outages of Apple's or Google's digital wallets.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated. Relevant changes will be communicated by the registered e-mail or through the pass itself.
12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Consumer Protection Code and the LGPD. The courts of the consumer's place of residence are chosen to settle any dispute.
