Do I need to say my CPF at checkout?
When the store is integrated with Dectus and you have authorized this information, identification can happen by tapping your phone.
Does Dectus see my purchases?
Dectus processes the information needed to provide its services according to the applicable integrations, authorizations and rules. What each store receives depends on the permissions granted and the integration available.
Can a store see what I shared with another?
Each store receives the information authorized for it, according to your permissions.
Does Dectus control points and discounts?
Not necessarily. Loyalty rules, discounts and benefits are still set by the retailer.
Does payment also go through Dectus?
No. Dectus identification is separate from payment. You keep paying with the methods the store accepts.
Is it free?
Yes. The Dectus Pass is free.
How do I get the pass?
On the Dectus website: sign up, choose what each store can receive and tap “Add to Wallet”.
Tax ID on the receipt?
It’s only sent if you allow it.
Does it work on my phone?
On iPhone and Apple Watch, through Apple Wallet. On Android with NFC, through Google Wallet.

Does Dectus record each time I use the pass?
Yes. Each use is recorded with the store, the checkout, the time and the data shared according to what you allowed. You can check this history in your Dectus area at any time. The record exists for your security and is not shared with stores, which only see aggregate numbers.
Can I change what each store receives?
Yes, at any time.
Can I delete the pass and my registration?
Yes, at any time, through your registration or by e-mail at suporte@dectus.com.br.
Is it secure?
The pass is read only by readers configured and authorized for Dectus operations. You don’t type any data at checkout.
